Return & Refund Policy
At Label Fiancé, each piece is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because every garment is specially prepared for the customer after an order is placed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
We kindly request you to review your order carefully before placing it, including size, colour, and product details, as we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with the design once the order has been dispatched.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
We take great care in preparing and packing every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
To help us assess the issue quickly, we request that you record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package. The video should clearly show:
- the unopened package
- the condition of the packaging
- the product received
- any visible damage or issue
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the claim.
Please email us at labelfiance1@gmail.com with your order number, photographs, and the unboxing video so our team can review the matter.
Approval of Claims
Once we receive and review your claim, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.
Please note that any item sent back without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed after refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact us at labelfiance1@gmail.com.

All Label Fiancé pieces are made to order.
Returns are not accepted for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damages or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or product issue claim.
