Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location.

  1. Can I return or exchange my order?

As each Label Fiancé piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please record a complete unboxing video while opening your package. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, send the video along with your order details to labelfiance1@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
